A Moment In Time
You find yourself driving to go pick someone or something up, and you get their and end up having to wait for what seems like the longest five minutes of your life. But yet as soon as you get back on the road to drive, your 10 minute cruise just cruises by you and you're home.
That's what is so astonishing about time. There are so many people and living conscious things on this planet. We're all living together in harmony, interacting in what is seeming all based off of the same clock. But the reality is that time is a perception of being. Yes, we all follow the same universal clock, that ticks away (obviously talking about here on earth, as time dilation is a thing) but the way we actually perceive time in our reality, is based upon how are brain processes it. That's why a minute can feel like an eternity, or it can just cruise by.
Were all here living in the same world, but were all perceive reality at different rates. Its such a crazy thing when you sit down and really think about it. Reality is all in our heads, and its a scary but yet astounding thought.

Cloud Chamber
You're in your high school physics class talking about electrons, alpha and beta particles, ect, and you start to wonder.. How do we know that we are interacting with these particles, and how do we see them.
The answer for both questions takes us back in time to 1911, when Charles Wilson invented and perfected the Cloud Chamber, A device that was used to see the particles that surround us every day.
To make a Cloud Chamber its pretty simple actually. All you need is a sealed environment, radioactive source (which is optional), and dry ice or a cold plate with some kind of alcohol source.
Basically the particles make pathways through the condensed vapor. I have to say it honestly is one of the most astonishing things I have ever seen, and it truly changes how you view the entire world that we live in.
But to truly understand how amazing this is, and to learn about it if you're further interested, check out the wiki page!

Water on Mars!
Oh the nostalgia is rushing back from when they announced they had found water on the Moon. Ladies and gentlemen they have confirmed the existence of at least seasonal liquid water on the surface of Mars.
This brings rise to all possible kinds of developments, whether we realize it or not. The reason why liquid water is flowing at temperatures so far below zero, is because that this water is actually salty. The water may seem like nothing more then water at a first thought, seeing how the temperatures on mars are to low for life and the atmosphere to thin, lack of a magnetosphere, ect, but we know that microbial life can form and thrive in the exact same environment that we just confirmed on mars, which is very exciting news!
